FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: moulding material is placed onto the moulding surface of a casting mould and heated to temperature which enables deformation. The open area on the side of the moulding surface of the casting mould on which the moulding material was placed is covered with a covering element. The casting mould has several through holes, through which suction is performed in order to carry out moulding. Suction is performed such that the ratio between the diametre of the through hole, viscosity of the moulding material during suction, thickness of the moulding material and suction pressure satisfy the following equation: where H is the diametre (mm) of the through hole, V is the viscosity (poise) of the moulding material during suction, T is the thickness (mm) of the moulding material, P is suction pressure (mmHg/cm²) and K is an arbitrary coefficient.

EFFECT: high accuracy of the top surface of the moulding material.
