SUBSTANCE: element in the form of an eyeglass lens intended for wearing in front of the human eye contains a refractive area with a refractive capacity based on the prescription for the specified human eye; and a set of at least three optical elements. The refractive area is formed as an area that differs from parts formed as the set of optical elements that are made in such a way that, along at least one lens section, an average sphere of optical elements increases from the first point of the specified section to a peripheral part of the specified section, and decreases from the second point of the specified section to the peripheral part of the specified section, wherein the second point is located closer to the peripheral part of the specified section than the first point.
EFFECT: improvement of slowing down of abnormal eye refraction.
