FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: wind-generating plant includes support hollow tower and wind generator located in its upper part. Support tower is made in the form of hollow hyperboloid of rotation, which is open from above and has openings in the form of tangential inlet channels for air flow and located in its lower part, and supply fans connected in "next but one" manner to tangential channels. At least one wind generator is located inside tower. Tangential channels in support tower have the shape of slots; at that, width of slot and maximum number of slots is related to relative clear area of the channels by means of the following ratio: σ=n·b/(2π·r0), where r0 - radius of inside dimension of lower part of support tower, n - number of slots, and there is the following dependence between N and σ: σ=(1-cosφm)/ φm, where φm=2π/N, at that, N value is within 10 to 400, and σ value is within 0.01 to 1.0. On inner surface of support tower there installed are guide vanes located along helical line. Drive of each fan is made in the form of solar batteries located on outer surface of support tower on its southern, western and eastern sides.

EFFECT: improving operating efficiency of wind generators in the area of low wind velocities.
