FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control and optimisation of chemical reaction in plate-type open reactor. Proposed method comprises: using open reactor made up of set of plates to form, at least, one unit with reaction chamber formed between two heat exchange lateral chambers that serve to circulate heat exchange working fluid, appliances to feed continuous flow of one or several reagents into reaction chambers and appliances to feed continuous flow of working fluid into two lateral chambers, construction of reactor dynamic model on the basis of reaction chamber model and heat exchange between reaction chamber and lateral chambers for circulation of working fluid. Note here that dynamic model incorporates material and power balance equations and limitative equations. It comprises also applying integrating programming means to dynamic model to solve aforesaid equations, determination and optimisation of a number of reactor sizes by correcting parametres, i.e. the number of points of feed into reaction chamber, direction of working fluid flow relative to reaction medium, nature and distribution of working fluid, reaction chamber volume and/or volumes of lateral chambers for working fluid circulation and/or reactor physical parametres, namely, temperatures, pressures, compositions or reaction medium and working fluid flow rates. Besides it comprises producing plate-type reactor in compliance with optimised parametres, measuring said parametres, and testing reactor serviceability.
EFFECT: possibility to ensure preset reaction yield at required temperature constraints and variable reaction parametres.
