FIELD: oil and gas production.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to procedure for de-hydration of high stable water-hydro-carbon emulsions, including heavy pyrolysis resin, natural bitumen, and oil interlayer for production of source products further utilised as commodity production and raw stock. The procedure consists in heating and evaporation of water phase from water-hydrocarbon emulsion. Under mechanical influence water phase is evaporated to volume of boiling emulsion and turbulisation in it. Turbulisation of boiling liquid volume can be performed with a device chosen from the group: a mixer, a circulation pump, a disperser and similar devices for mixing. Mixing intensity is defined with a criterion of Reynolds similarity (Reynolds number) not less, than 2300. There is produced a dehydrated product, which is analysed for conformance to specifications. At positive results the product is supplied to a consumer, at negative results it is directed to recycle and to mixture of fume of hydrocarbon fraction with water. Further, mixture is condensed and separated in a sump, wherefrom hydrocarbon fraction is recycled into water-hydrocarbon emulsion. Also, the invention refers to the device for realisation of the procedure for de-hydration of high stable water-hydrocarbon emulsions.
EFFECT: production of de-hydrated products of different hydro-carbon compositions out of various kinds of raw stock.
