FIELD: oil and gas production.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to procedure of production of high-octane benzine or aromatic hydrocarbons out of hydrocarbon containing stock by contacting stock with catalyst at increased temperature and pressure of stock flow. Also, contact of stock with catalyst is carried out successively in two reaction zones of one reactor or in each of the reaction zones of two reactors. Temperature of reaction flow is changed in each successive zone. Further, products of contact are separated and rectified in each successive zone and a benzine fraction, or aromatic hydrocarbon fraction, hydrogen containing gas and propane-butane and benzyl-containing fraction are extracted. As hydrocarbon containing stock there are used aliphatic hydrocarbons C2-C22 and/or aliphatic oxygen containing compounds C1-C12 including those in composition of main and side products of oil, gas, and chemical industries. Stage of contact of stock with catalyst facilitating formation of aromatic hydrocarbons and olefines is performed in the first and second reaction zones. Catalyst contains zeolite of structural type MFI. Zeolite is modified with at least one of elements of I-VIII groups at 320-620°C, pressure 0.1-4.0 MPa, and mass rate of stock supply 1-200 h-1. Produced reaction flow is subjected to additional contact with catalyst of alkylation and/or trans-alkylation in the third reaction zone of an additional reactor. This catalyst contains zeolite of a structural type MFI, BEA, FAU, MOR. Also, zeolite is modified with at least one element out of I-VIII groups at 200-450°C, pressure 0.1-4.0 MPa and mass rate of flow 1-40 h-1. Temperature of flow at input into the third reaction zone is not less than 60°C below temperature of flow of the preceding reaction zone. Extracted benzyl containing fraction is directed to recycle into any of the first, second or third reaction zones of the reactors.

EFFECT: processing wide range of hydrocarbon containing stock into high octane benzine; increased efficiency of process.
