FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: system (1) of blades consists of rotor and of multitude of blades arranged along circumference of rotor by a rim. At least two damping elements (5, 7) are positioned one behind another between two directly adjacent blades in a circumferential direction of the rotor. Adjacent damping elements (5, 7) contact one another due to effect of radial centrifugal force at rotation of rotor around rotation axis. One of both damping elements (5, 7) contacts one of both blades, while another of both damping elements (7, 5) contacts another of both blades. Two of three contacts between damping elements and blades are made along surface, while one of three contacts is made along a line. Kinetic stable system is created due to combination of damping elements with surface contact of platform of a blade and linear contact (Hertz contact) on another platform of pair of blades.
EFFECT: preventing distortion and local breakaway of all surfaces of contact and effective damping various oscillating states.
