FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: rotor comprises vibration damping system, including at least one group of piezoelectric transducers, distributed in circumferential direction of rotor and connected to at least one dissipative circuit. Piezoelectric transducers are connected to combine dissipative circuit or each of dissipative circuits with corresponding group of at least two transducers connected in parallel. Transducers of group or each of groups are evenly distributed along rotor at an angle. Another invention of group relates to a turbomachine having said rotor.

EFFECT: group of inventions increases efficiency of damping rotor vibrations, and reduces weight of vibration damping system.
