FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: here is disclosed procedure for analysis of models of systems with "dry" pipes and computer software for such analysis. The software consists of a user interface and of a model generator communicated with the user interface. The procedure and software model a basis system with "dry" pipes as multitude of interconnected units, also, the units correspond to a pipe connector, while interconnections between the units correspond to pipe devices. Multitude of units can define a "dry" section and a "wet" section. The "wet" section includes a source of liquid, while the "dry" section includes multitude of interconnected pipes determining volume of gas. Units on the "dry" section correspond to a set of unit devices open to environment. The procedure and software calculate time parameters of fluid medium to model liquid flowing from the "wet" section for determination of at least time of liquid flow from the "wet" section to open devices. The procedure and software verify this time of liquid flow in a model within 20 % of actual time of liquid flow in the basis system with "dry" pipes.
