FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to surgery, and can be applied for pylorus-preserving gastrectomy. A right gastric artery is ligatured parietally 1 cm higher a pyloric sphincter. A stomach is removed while been transected at 20 mm from a pylorus. Ends of an oesophagus and a prepyloric segment are anastomosed with creating a single-layer meticulous suture and recovering a pylorus sphincter function.
EFFECT: technique enables avoiding tension of the sutured organs, creating a physiological anastomosis, reducing the risk of developing reflux, jejunal dumping.
