FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to surgery, and can be applied for transurethral resection of bladder cancer. If bladder cancer size does not exceed 1 cm, end bloc retrograde resection is enabled with a snare with holding a resected tissue with a frame end of snare branches and evacuating fragments through an aperture of a resectoscope tube. If the bladder cancer size is more than 1 cm, a bladder wall with a cancer base and a cancer is resected incompletely with coagulating bleeding vessels, then the cancer is resected to the base, and the bladder wall and cancer base are completely resected together and evacuated along an urethra together with the resectoscope tube. An instrument for implementing the transurethral resection of bladder cancer contains the conductor snare branches and frame end; the branches are integrated safely with the frame end, of variable size of a spring material and greater than an area of passage of the resectoscope tube, holding the resected tissue and visual control of the snare position moving retrograde in the resected tissue.

EFFECT: group of inventions allows reducing electrosurgical action of the bladder wall tissues, reducing the risk of recurrent cancer.
