FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: set of breathing exercises performed in groups of 10-15 infants is added with an aromaphytotherapy with lavender, Siberian fir essences combined with tangerine essence in a ratio of 4:1 alternated for 4-5 lessons. A breathing medium is generated in a room equipped for the lessons by hardware delivery of essence volatile components into the room with a distance from the apparatus to the infants making not less than 1 metre. A set of exercises comprises breathing, combined developing, relaxing exercises, self-massage elements and is performed in a sequence presented in the patent claim. The course makes 10-14 days, daily, 2 times a year in autumn and winter; a length of the session is no more than 10-15 minutes.
EFFECT: extended field of application and more effective prevention ensured by reducing a rate of recurrences of acute respiratory diseases.
