FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, specifically to cardiology. General clinical and apparatus examination is carried out: rest ECG, veloergometry, echoCG, daily monitoring of BP and Holter's ECG. Medicamentous therapy is accompanied with therapeutic physical exercises, including execise bicycle, graduated walking. Tolerance to physical activity is evaluated by 6-minute test walking and veloergometry. Motion activity stage (MAS) is detected by D. M. Aronov's classifications, yet severity functional class within 1 to 4 depends on period from cardiac infarction, stenocardia attacks, blood circulation insufficiency (BCI), and arrhythmia of the third grade and higher by Lown, aneurysms, ejection fraction of Echo CG. Appropriate therapeutic physical exercise complex (TPE) is prescribed by MAS while TPE are given 2 hours after breakfast within whole rehabilitation period. Based on specified severity functional class lessons are conducted with increase in loading by 25 % for each lesson. Graduated walking is about 0.5 km at speed 70 steps per minute to 2 km at speed 100-110 per minute 2 hours after dinner. Daily walks take 2-3 ways by duration 2-2.5 hours per day for distance 2 to 10 km. 1 hour before dinner bicycle exercises are practiced at intensity 40% of limit loading at duration 10 min for course 10-14 trainings. All the exercises are carried out under haemodynamics control. Offered method allows to lower rate of recurrent cardiovascular accident development, to lower cases of being registered as a disabled person, to raise tolerance to physical activity.
EFFECT: decreased rate of recurrent cardiovascular accident development, increased tolerance to physical activity.
