SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to reanimation, and can be applied in case of recurrence of disturbance of heart rhythm and conductivity at pre-hospital stage. Patients with disturbance of heart rhythm and conductivity are taught how to determine their condition aggravation by presence of general weakness, pain in area of heart and cardio-arrhythmia that arises. During first 15 sec of condition aggravation carried out is single sharp hit in second intercostal space on the right from sternum by rib of strong hand, without touching the sternum.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to prevent fibrillation of ventricles in case of various types of tachiarrythmia, as well as reduce mortality due to reduction of time of starting medical aid.
