FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiology. Heart rhythm turbidity, microvolt alternation of wave T at HR 100 BPM and power of slowing heart rhythm are determined by means of day electrocardiogram monitoring in outpatient conditions. Obtained data are used to carry out calculation of sudden cardiac death probability.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase accuracy of predicting sudden cardiac death in patients after myocardium infarction, both with impaired and preserved left ventricular ejection fraction.
