SUBSTANCE: device relates to household appliances and may be used at home and working conditions for food processing. The grinder includes a body frame, a screw, a lattice with holes, a knife and a cap nut. The ratio of the pressure square of the lattice to the total area of the holes is equal to 1.618. The knife is made with a curved cutting edge, whose profile is defined with the equation in polar coordinates, where ρ - is the current value of the radius vector, which characterizes the distance from the axis of rotation to any point on the cutting edge; R₀ is the distance from the axis of rotation to the outer edge of the lattice ; r₀ is the distance from the axis of rotation to the inner edge of the lattice; π - 3.14, is the ratio of circumference to diametre; φ is the angle of rotation of the radius vector.
