FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: lipoaspirate-isolated mesenchymal stromal cells (lMSC) are pre-cultivated in conditions of hypoxia 5% O2. After that, in conditions of hypoxia: 1-3% in case of necessity to obtain a large number of cells during 1-2 passages or with 5% O2 in case when longer cultivation is possible.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a large number of MSC during a short period of time.
