FIELD: biotechnologies.

SUBSTANCE: invention is the method to increase quality of precursor cells extracted from bone marrow of age donors, including continuous, starting from the moment of suspension extraction and attachment of cells, cultivation in a multigas incubator with medium replacement every three days to achieve a 80-90% monolayer, reseeding of cell culture, besides, density of cells planting makes around 1000-1500 cells/cm2, and content of oxygen in the gas medium is 5%.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to produce a population of less committed MMSC, which to the third passage have high proliferative potential, reduced potential of adipogenic differentiation, increased potential of osteogenic differentiation and preserving a phenotype specific for MMSC of bone marrow, and also high capacity of colony-formation.
