FIELD: chemistry, biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biotechnology and can be used to reproduce stem cell cultures for various purposes. Precursor cell are recovered and additionally washed with buffer through two sequential centrifugations. It is followed with enzyme treatment of tissue with collagenase, several sequential centrifugation washings, plastic adherence of produced cell sample and following cultivation within 4 to 10 days in hypoxia environment at oxygen content not less than 5% to produce end cell culture. Cells of 1st to 2nd passages are used. Living, necrotic and apoptotic cells are quantified, while phenotype of mesenchymal stromal cells are analysed by identifying them with a kit of monoclones to hematopoietic and endothelial markers CD31, CD34, CD62L, CD62E, CD62P, CD117(c-kit), HLA-DR, as well as to markers being characteristic for mesenchymal stromal precursor cells CD9, CD54, CD71, CD90, CD105, HLA-ABC, vimentin.
EFFECT: reproducing multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells thus maintaining high yield, phenotype and high vitality.
