FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: method involves extraction of product on the basis of kerogenes from underground shale formation containing underground shales, and includes the following stages: a) improving accessibility for fluid media of kerogenes in underground shales containing non-organic components in addition to kerogenes, including the following stages: drilling of cased-injection wells in underground shale formation; delivery to injection well of the suspension containing liquid CO2 and solid CO2; pressure increase in the well by forming supercritical CO2 in the well by means of liquid CO2 and solid CO2. At that, high pressure is created in the well; pressure is decreased in the well with high pressure in order to obtain stationary reduced pressure; at that, underground shale formation is cooled with the appropriate adiabatic CO2 expansion and thus, thermal and mechanical stresses are caused inside formation, which lead to formation break; b) bringing of kerogenes in underground shales into contact with chemically active fluid medium for creation of movable product on the basis of kerogenes; c) transportation of movable product on the basis of kerogenes from underground shale formation so that extracted product is obtained on the basis of kerogenes.
