FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to geophysics and can be used for simulation of hydrocarbon production from shale formations. There is proposed a simulation of hydrocarbons flow from laminated shale formations. At least some illustrated versions of realization are methods, containing the following steps: simulation of movement of hydrocarbons through kerogen shale porosity, while the motion takes place through the first volume of the model; there is estimated first permeability of the rich in kerogen layer of the laminated shale formation on the basis of simulation; there is simulated hydrocarbon production from the layered shale formation. Simulation of hydrocarbons production can include use of the first permeability for rich in kerogen layer of laminated shale formation; use of the second permeability for poor in kerogen layer of laminated shale formation, while the second permeability differs from the first permeability. In different cases simulation of hydrocarbons production is carried out in relation to the second volume of the model exceeding the first volume of the model.
