SUBSTANCE: device and method are proposed to carry out service of coloured ring back tone (CRBT) of a subscriber, as well as a device to produce a CRBT file. Device to carry out service of subscriber coloured ring back tone comprises a module of reception to receive information of access to (CRBT). Module of channel control defines real-time (CRBT) file in compliance with information of access to (CRBT). Module of reproduction reproduces real-time (CRBT) file to a calling subscriber. The device to produce (CRBT) file includes modules, which are used to define whether to apply real-time (CRBT) service. Real-time (CRBT) information is defined in compliance with the subscriber real-time (CRBT) identifier. Real-time (CRBT) file is defined in compliance with the real-time (CRBT) information.
