FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: hydraulic insulation of elastically deformable webs of geomembrane are applied onto surface of the hydrotechnical facility body wall and are fixed. Penetrating water, which is collected behind the hydraulic insulation coating, is drained under action of gravity through a drain valve of one-sided action arranged in specified points of hydraulic insulation coating. Hole to drain water in the drainage valve of one-sided action is arranged in direction of natural water flow, and the drainage valve is equipped with a flat flexible valve element that closes the drainage hole. The flat valve element is exposed to differential pressure of water acting at opposite surfaces of hydraulic insulation coating, and automatic opening and closing of drainage valve is provided by action of water pressure difference, which occurs at the opposite surfaces of the flat valve element of the drainage valve.

EFFECT: increased reliability of hydraulic insulation coating.
