FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: concrete sandwich panel comprises an internal concrete layer (1) that shapes the body, a layer of mineral wool insulation laid on it, and an external concrete layer (3) arranged on top of the insulation layer. At the same time the mineral wool insulation layer has a lamellar structure, and in lamellas (2b) mineral wool fibres are substantially perpendicular to surfaces of internal and external concrete layers. The external concrete layer (3) is made of fibre-reinforced concrete, and the internal layer (1) and the external layer (3) of concrete are attached to each other with through ties (4b) passing through a layer of insulation. At the same time thickness of the external concrete layer makes approximately 30-40 mm, resistance to mineral wool splitting makes 60-100 kPa, and thickness of insulation layer makes approximately 160-600 mm, besides, this layer is solid and single.

EFFECT: reduced weight of the entire assembly, reduced quantity of reinforcement in the external concrete layer.
