FIELD: adhesive materials.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method and a product made of mineral wool containing multiple lamellae, such as a core of a sandwich panel. The method for manufacturing the product includes providing cured mineral wool web, cutting the specified mineral wool web into multiple lamellae, binding lamellae to each other by applying adhesive on surfaces of two adjacent lamellae, curing adhesive. In another embodiment, the method includes providing a set of cured mineral wool webs, applying adhesive to the surface of the specified cured mineral wool webs, binding the set of the specified mineral wool webs to each other to form laminate, curing adhesive. Adhesive contains at least one hydrocolloid, which is animal proteins. Adhesive additionally contains at least one phenol-containing compound, for example, tannin, selected from one or more components of a group consisting of tannic acid, condensed tannins, hydrolyzable tannins, gallotanins, ellagitannins, complex tannins and/or tannin obtained from one or more of oak, chestnut, sumac deer and tellima large-flowered. Alternatively, adhesive may additionally contain at least one enzyme selected from a group consisting of transglutaminase, protein disulfide isomerase, thiol oxidase, polyphenol oxidase, in particular catechol oxidase, tyrosine oxidase and phenol oxidase, lysyl oxidase and peroxidase. The invention also relates to a product made of mineral wool obtained by one of the specified methods.
EFFECT: use of adhesive that does not require high temperatures, reducing the impact of hazardous substances, long-lasting connection of lamellae, the possibility of self-restoration of material.
