SUBSTANCE: method comprises the steps on which: a user is provided, by means of the sending server, with the header field Period of Validity in the email; value of the header field Period of Validity is received from the user by the sending server; by the sending server it is confirmed that the email message is compatible with e-mail transfer protocol and e-mail extraction protocol; and the e-mail is sent to the receiving server through at least one noted communication network according to an e-mail transfer protocol by the sending server . Header field Period of Validity is adapted to facilitate the receiving server, according to the e-mail extraction protocol, during the automatic e-mail messages deleting after a period of time equal or greater than the value of the header field Period of Validity.
