FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: cascode amplifier includes the first (1) and the second (2) input transistors (T) emitters of which are connected to bus of power supply (3), source of input signal (4), which is connected to base of T (1), the first (5) and the second (6) output T with combined bases, the collectors of which are connected to the first (7) and the second (8) load circuits, and emitters are connected to collectors of the appropriate T (1) and T (2). To the circuit there introduced is the first (9) and the second (10) additional T the bases of which are connected to bases of the appropriate T (1) and T (2), emitters are connected to bus of power supply (3), collectors are combined and through matching bipole (11) are connected to combined bases of T (5) and T (6), which are connected to additional pedestal current source (12); at that, emitter of T (5) is connected to base of T (1) through the first (13) additional resistor, and emitter of T (6) is connected to base of T (2) through the second (14) additional resistor.

EFFECT: two output differential-mode voltages proportional to input voltage uinp are obtained.
