FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: cascode amplifier includes the first (1) and the second (2) input transistors the emitters of which are connected to bus of power supply (3), source of input signal (4), which is connected to base of the first (1) input transistor, the first (5) and the second (6) output transistors with combined bases, the collectors of which are connected to the first (7) and the second (8) load circuits, and emitters are connected to collectors of the first (1) and the second (2) appropriate input transistors. To the circuit there introduced is the first (9) and the second (10) additional transistors the bases of which are connected to bases of the appropriate first (1) and second (2) input transistors, emitters are connected to bus of power supply (3), collectors are combined and through matching bipole (11) are connected to combined bases of the first (5) and the second (6) output transistors which are connected to additional pedestal current source (12); at that, emitter of the first (5) output transistor is connected to base of the second (2) input transistor, and emitter of the second (6) output transistor is connected to base of the first (1) input transistor.
EFFECT: two output differential-mode voltages uout1 and uout2 proportional to input voltage uinp are obtained.
