FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: differential operating amplifier includes input differential cascade (DC) (1) with the first (2) and the second (3) current outputs; current mirror (4) the input of which is connected to the first (2) current output of differential cascade (1), and output is connected to the base of input transistor (T) (5) of buffer amplifier (6), the first (7) and the second (8) auxiliary T, and the first (9) current-stabilising bipole (CB). To the scheme there introduced is the first additional T (10) and the second CB (11), collector of the first T (10) is connected to bus (12) of power supply, base is connected to the input of current mirror (4), emitter is connected to the second (3) current output of DC (1), collector of the first auxiliary T (7) is connected to the input of current mirror (4), base is connected to emitter of T (5) of buffer amplifier (6) and to collector of the second auxiliary T (8) and to the first output of the device; emitter of the first T (7) is connected to base of the second T (8) the emitter of which is connected to the second CB (11) and to the second output of the device; at that, the first CB (9) is connected to the output of current mirror (4).
EFFECT: decreasing absolute Uoffset value and its temperature and radiation drift.
