FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: precision operating amplifier includes input differential cascade (1) with the first (2) and the second (3) current outputs, the first (4), the second (5) and the third (6) transistors of active load, the first (7) and the second (8) output transistors; at that, collector of the first (4) and base of the third (6) transistors of active load are connected to the first (2) current output of input differential cascade (1); emitters of the first (4), the second (5) transistors of active load and the second (8) output transistor are connected to bus of power supply (9); collector of the second (5) transistor of active load is connected to emitter of the third (6) transistor of active load; collector of the second (8) output transistor is connected to emitter of the first (7) output transistor and output of device (10); bases of the first (4), the second (5) transistors of active load and the second (8) output transistor are connected to each other, and collector of the third (6) transistor of active load and base of the first (7) output transistor is connected to the second (3) current output of input differential cascade (1). To the circuit there introduced is the first (11) and the second (12) additional transistors; base of the first (11) additional transistor is connected to the first (2) output of input differential cascade (1), emitter is connected to combined bases of the first (4), the second (5) transistors of active load, the second (8) output transistor, as well as the second (12) additional transistor; emitter of the second (12) additional transistor is connected to bus of power supply (9), and collector of the second (12) additional transistor is connected to collector of the second (8) output transistor; at that, collectors of the first (7) output transistor and the first (11) additional transistor are connected to the second (13) bus of power supply.
EFFECT: decreasing absolute value of systematic component Uoffset and its temperature and radiation drift.
