FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: differential operating amplifier (DOA) includes input differential cascade (DC) (1) with the first (2) and the second (3) current outputs and input (4) of common emitter circuit; the first auxiliary transistor (T) (5) the collector of which is connected to input (4) of common emitter circuit of DC (1), and base is connected to potential offset circuit (6) and to base of the second (7) auxiliary T, current mirror (8) the input of which is connected to the first (2) current output of DC (1), and output is connected to the base of input T (9) of buffer amplifier (10) and to collector of T (7). To the scheme there introduced is the first (11), the second (12) and the third (13) additional T, bases of the first T (11) and the second T (12) are connected to emitter of T (5) and to the first (14) additional current-stabilising bipole (CB), collector of T (11) is connected to emitter of T (7), and emitter is connected through the second CB (15) to power supply bus (16), collector of T (12) is connected to emitter of T (13), and emitter is connected through the third CB (17) to power supply bus (16), collector of T (13) is connected to emitter of T (9) and to DOA output, and base is connected to potential offset circuit (6).

EFFECT: decreasing absolute Uoffset value and its temperature and radiation drift.
