FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: differential operating amplifier includes input differential cascade (DC) (1) with the first (2) and the second (3) current outputs; the first output transistor (4) the collector and base of which is connected to the base of the second (5) output transistor, the third output transistor (6) the base of which is connected to collector of the second (5) output transistor and the first current output (2) of input DC (1), the first current-stabilising bipole (CB) (7) connected to base of the second (5) output transistor, buffer amplifier (BA) (8) the input of which is connected to collector of the third (6) output transistor and the second CB (9); at that, emitters of the first (4), the second (5), the third (6) output transistors are connected to the first (10) bus of power supply. To the diagram there introduced is the first (11) additional transistor the emitter of which is connected to the second (3) current output of input DC (1), collector is connected to the first (10) bus of power supply, and base is connected to base of the third (6) output transistor.

EFFECT: decreasing absolute Uoffset value and its temperature drift.
