FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: in a photodetector line, having photosensors in form of phototransistors, as well as a shift register, an integrator which integrates input current, and fitted with a switch for resetting the integrated value, the collector of each phototransistor is connected to a separate output of the shift register. The switching elements used are diodes connected in such a way that, the emitter of each phototransistor is connected to the anode of a separate diode. The cathode of each diode is connected to the input of the integrator. The integrator in the photodetector line may be a capacitor or an integrating amplifier.
EFFECT: faster operation of photodetectors.
