SUBSTANCE: multi-element photo transducer comprises assemblage of photo receivers selectively connected to integrator via switching circuit, variable-capacity reservoir capacitor, capacity being set by digital code generated and stored in cells of digital memory. Image recorder comprises multi-element photo transducer, ADC to convert multi-element output signal into digital code, and computer to process the results of analog-to-digital conversion in compliance with set algorithm.
EFFECT: reduced error on image recording.
