FIELD: targets.

SUBSTANCE: proposed multibeam shooting target relates to construction of sports targets for training and competition using firearms and pneumatic weapons. Arrangement of modules of fixation of coordinates of shadows is made in the form of a closed curve forming the first regular polygon, inside which there is a zone of registration of hits. Besides, this target has a plurality of emitters, which are optically conjugated with modules of fixation of coordinates of shadows and located in vertices of the second regular polygon, the centre of which coincides with the centre of the first polygon. Single-type modules for fixing coordinates of shadows contain linear arrays of photodetectors, input and output ports for receiving and transmitting information, a specialized optical signal processing device based on a programmable logic integrated circuit and connected to corresponding ports of neighbouring modules and to a computing device.

EFFECT: high accuracy of measuring coordinates of hitting due to multibeam intersection of centres of shadows cast by a passing bullet when averaging independent coordinates of intersection points.
