SUBSTANCE: cutter comprises a suspension, side supports and multitype rotors. The rotors are rotated from a tractor power take-off shaft via a central conical reducer and side reducers coupled with a central conical reducer via spaced side drives. The side reducers and side supports are arranged in the form of swinging links, which are installed coaxially with the central conical reducer and side drives. The links may vary and fix the opening angle between each other. The central conical reducer and side reducers with side supports may independently fixedly rotate relative to the side drives.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to expand the range of functional capabilities.
