SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and is used for measurement of blood pressure value by winding around living organism. Sphygmomanometre cuff contains soft reservoir for flowing medium, which is pumped/compressed by inlet/outlet of flowing medium, which includes compressing surface, located from the side of "living organism", covering element, which inside includes soft reservoir for flowing medium, covering element includes sheet part of internal peripheral side, located from the side if living organism, and shock absorbing material, located from the same side of sheet part of internal peripheral side as compressing surface, and compressed in the direction parallel to direction of thickness of sheet part and internal peripheral part, where shock-absorbing material is located in such a way that it covers entire surface of compressing surface. Sheet part of internal peripheral side has double-layer structure with space inside. Shock-absorbing material is located in said space. Described is sphygmomanometre, which includes cuff, pumping/compressing mechanism, device for pressure measurement and device for calculation of blood pressure value.

EFFECT: excluding jamming tissues of organism in cuff creases.
