SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Cuff contains support rack for shoulder and shoulder strap, capable of winding around shoulder. Strap contains chamber with flowing medium for shoulder compression during its expansion. Rack contains: surface for shoulder support, tension mechanism, installed inside support rack for shoulder and capable of drawing one end in longitudinal direction of shoulder strap in direction of tension in order to wind part of shoulder strap, and gripping unit, capable of coming into gearing with part of shoulder strap, closer to the other end, in longitudinal direction pulled from tension mechanism under impact of force of tension of tension mechanism; and hole for pulling out shoulder strap, from which part of shoulder strap, closer to the other end, is pulled out. In state, in which part of shoulder strap, closer to the other end, comes into gearing with gripping part, shoulder can be compressed by surface of support for shoulder and part of shoulder strap, pulled out of tension mechanism. In state, in which shoulder strap is wound by tension mechanism as much as possible, part of shoulder strap, closer to the other end, is pulled out from hole for pulling out shoulder strap on specified length.

EFFECT: facilitation of use and repetition of winding during each measurement.
