FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to a device for periodic or continuous introduction of a therapeutic agent, e.g. insulin. The liquid delivery device comprises an injection portion and a liquid delivery portion. The liquid delivery portion and injection portion are detachable and attachable. The liquid delivery portion comprises a container, a pumping means, e.g. in the form of a pump, and a casing. The injection portion comprises a flat base plate fixed on patient's skin, a cannula portion and means for the base plate fixation on user's skin. The cannula portion comprises a case with a through hole supplied with the cannula extended behind a proximal side of the base plate. The delivery portion and injection portion are assembled by a coupler containing a liquid passage directing the liquid from the container to the through hole in the cannula portion. The liquid passage comprises means for blocking an injection portion access when the coupler is detached from the delivery portion and/or injection portion. The delivery portion is attached to the first portion of the base plate. The injection portion is attached to the second portion of the base plate. At least, one flexible segment is located between the first part and the second part of the base portion. The invention task is to create the liquid delivery device containing the pump, the container and the injection portion; said device provides liquid-impermeable coupling of the container and the injection portion.
EFFECT: device provides convenient attachment and detachment of the delivery portions and, at the same time provides the liquid-impermeable coupling, prevents microbial invasion into the portions of the device, provides a user carrier with more comfort of the use.
