FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely a cannula device to be used in delivery devices, etc., as well as to a delivery device to introduce the cannula device. The cannula device is designed to be built in a support attached to patient's skin when in use. The cannula device comprises a body and at least one membrane together forming at least one cavity. Additionally, the cannula device comprises a cannula built in the body and coupled with al least one cavity mentioned above to supply fluid. The cannula device is equipped with means facilitating its attachments to the support. The means are arranged on a proximal side of the device, i.e. on the side of the cannula device wherefrom the cannula projects. The delivery device for introducing said cannula device comprises a first delivery element and a second delivery element, and a delivery needle. The second delivery element is coupled with the delivery needle. The delivery needle is detachably connected with the cannula of the cannula device. The first delivery element closes the inoperative delivery needle. The first delivery element interlocks with the second delivery element. The first delivery element has a guide coupled with a mated guide of the second delivery element to guide the first and second delivery elements mutually sliding. The guides of the first and second delivery elements enables the delivery needle to project from the first delivery element as the delivery device is actuated. A kit consists of the support having a receiving section for the cannula device, and the delivery device. The receiving section has a guide for the delivery device which holds the cannula device to be introduced. The cannula device is coupled with an internal hole in the delivery device element, while the cannula device has a means used to attach the device to the support on the proximal side of the device. According to the second version, the kit comprises the support, the cannula device containing the cannula and a delivery element. The support comprises the receiving section for the cannula device and an adjusting strip at the bottom. The cannula device arranged in the receiving section after the cannula is introduced subcutaneously in a patient, comprises the body forming an internal cavity having one or two access holes receiving a piercing element. The cannula device is equipped with means used to attach the same to the support on the proximal side of the device. The delivery element has a cover, a container and a means to transfer the container content to a patient. Each access hole in the cannula device is closed with the membrane. A connection needle makes a connection for fluid transfer between the container and the cannula device if the container is attached to the cannula device by penetrating through the membrane of the cannula device.
EFFECT: invention can be used as a component of various delivery devices, and it is fixed after the support is attached to patient's skin.
