FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: proposed structure relates to the field of sports and tourism inventory, namely to roller skates designed to climb down off inclined surfaces. The method to climb down off inclined surfaces, including application of roller skates equipped with a shock absorber, a braking device, differing by the fact that a conveyor belt or a caterpillar is arranged near the roller skate wheels, with properties of smooth braking by means of a pedal providing for connection of smooth braking by means of the brake when a roller skate is in contact with the surface, and whenever this contact is broken, it returns the braking device into initial condition. Another version assumes that instead of a conveyor belt or a caterpillar there might be a ring or a hoop used equipped with a shock absorber, a braking device, differing by the fact that it has properties of smooth braking by means of a pedal providing for connection of smooth braking by means of the brake when a wheel is in contact with the surface, and whenever this contact is broken, it returns the braking device into initial condition.
EFFECT: making it possible, when climbing down, to make continuous jumps (steps) and to select suitable areas for landing (rolling) with automatic smooth braking, which makes it possible to climb down off steeper surfaces with complicated relief.
