FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, particularly, to production of articles from beryllium powder. Powder suspension in liquid medium with solid phase-to-liquid phase ratio of 1:0.7 is loaded into temporary casing with porous structure. Material is compacted by removing liquid phase via casing pores in heated vacuum chamber with rarefaction of up to 0.5 atm. After casing pre-sealing by sand- or shot blasting of outer surface to stop pores, forming is performed.
EFFECT: higher homogeneity of structure and properties.
