FIELD: metallurgy, namely processes for producing thin-sheet rolled products, particularly in automobile industry branch.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of placing furnace-ladles on metering evacuators or on one of metering evacuators connected through common gating system for producing laminate composition material; rapidly cooling melt metal while eliminating binding of carbon and carbide to carbides and nitrides; applying variable magnetic field at rapid cooling in order to provided low-temperature strengthening of steel of given class; increasing resource of gating system due to using carbon- carbon composition material with working layer of duct-opening of titanium carbonitride compounds; providing cohesion strength of sprayed powder with surface of sheet due to using plasma jet with dynamic accelerator of gas flow; strengthening rolled sheet due to arranging after warm rolling over surface of sheet nozzles for gas-liquid cooling by means of inert gas and flat magnetic coils; improving level of operational properties of super-conducting alloys due to accelerated cooling in cryogenic temperature range in the result of contact of pressure belts with sheet surface.

EFFECT: possibility for producing thin-sheet high-strength and corrosion resistant rolled products with metallic or non-metallic coating, improved cohesion strength and density of sprayed layer.
