FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: complex procedure of conversion of all ashes produced with steam boiler (1) operating on fossil fuel into volatile ashes with reduced contents of not combusted substance consists in milling heavy ash coming from hopper (4) for heavy ash and ash coming from economiser (5) with one or more units (7, 8) for crumbling, in directing all ashes extracted from said boiler (1) into separator cyclone (15) by means of pneumatic conveyer assembly (19) of dry transport, in mixing ash with said fossil fuel using one or more metering devices (16), in milling fossil fuel and most coarse fraction of ash with one or more crushers (18) designed for coal pulverisation and in repeated introduction of all ashes produced with system of dry extraction into said boiler. If content of not combusted substance in volatile ashes is already low, then only heavy ash coming from hopper (4) for heavy ash and ash coming from economisers (5) are subjected to re-circulation in boiler (1) upon crumbling with said one or more crushers (18). Additionally reduced amount of not combusted substance produced in volatile ashes by means of their direct repeated introduction into boiler (1) and through nozzles (2) is added to reduced amount of not combusted substance produced with the system of dry extraction of heavy ashes. All ashes are converted into one kind of ash collected in one collecting point corresponding to cyclone (15). All ashes are re-circulated by means of pneumatic conveyer assembly (19) for their mixing in said cyclone (15). Light fraction from the cyclone is supplied directly to boiler (1), while the rest part is crumbled in crusher (18) upon mixing with fuel. Only the most coarse fraction of ash separated in cyclone (15) is directed to crushers (18) to reduce wear of crushers and for power saving. Air used for pneumatic transport of air into cyclone (15) is directly sucked due to vacuum in the combustion chamber.

EFFECT: reduced contents of not combusted substance in volatile ashes and conversion of heavy ashes into volatile ashes.
