FIELD: heat-and-power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of heat power engineering, namely to a plant for multi-stage thermal processing of solid domestic and similar industrial waste. Plant contains a receiving and discharging device, an incineration boiler located in series with a furnace, a combustion chamber, a three-stage air heater, a gas cleaning device, an exhaust-heat boiler with a combustion chamber, a two-stage economizer, a cyclone burner and a chimney. At the same time, the gas cleaning device is designed in the form of an absorber reactor equipped with means for injecting a lime carbamide solution and blowing powdered activated carbon or coke to trap mercury vapor; while the plant comprises means for injecting a carbamide solution to neutralize NOx into the combustion chamber of the incineration boiler and the exhaust-heat boiler.
EFFECT: technical result is the achievement of the absolute completeness of combustion of solid domestic waste, which excludes the formation of hazardous harmful substances through the use of a three-stage gas cleaning device.
