FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: injection mixing ignited burner (hereinafter referred to as device) containing tubular (cylindrical) housing with gas header connected to cavity of housing with an annular row of inclined nozzles; upper part of tubular (cylindrical) housing is covered with cover plate combined with air ring header with inlet connection pipe and outlet holes, and lower part is covered with a grid serving as combustion stabiliser, in the centre of which electric ignition source (electric spark plug) is located coaxially to tubular (cylindrical) housing. Grid with electric ignition source (electric spark plug) is located in tubular (cylindrical) housing at the distance of 2-2.5 calibres below gas header and 2.5-3 calibre - above lower end cut of tubular (cylindrical) housing of combustion chamber. Inner wall of cylindrical housing of combustion chamber is finned. Device is equipped with control and monitoring system consisting of air control and flow metre, gas control and flow metre, switching "on-off" system of electric spark plug, and control and monitoring panel.
EFFECT: invention allows speeding up thermal power of combustion with the specified air excess coefficient and with maintenance of stable flame, improving operating characteristics of burner, layout of burner, which is related to special arrangement of electric spark plug inside tubular housing, improving reliability of fuel ignition owing to arrangement of contacts of electric spark plug in the centre of flow of gas-air mixture, ensuring reliable flame stabilisation when the burner is switched over to the mode and during its further operation, and preventing backfire to mixing zone.
