FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heating devices and installations for combustion of gas, which can be used in various fields for heating parts of equipment and in other thermal power plants. In the method, the burner injection mixer contains tubular body 1 with gas collector 2, gas supply nozzle 4, inclined gas nozzles, the axes of which form angle 22–25° when intersecting with the radius of tubular body 1, and angle 40–45° at the intersection with the longitudinal axis of the tubular body, while the lower end of tubular body 1 is connected to gas collector 2, while the ratio of the internal diameter of the tubular body to the internal diameter of the gas collector is from 1.1 to 1.2, moreover, the height of the tubular body is equal to its internal diameter, and the nozzles are located diametrically in the upper part of the collector, at the same distance from each other.
EFFECT: improving the efficiency of the injection burner mixer by increasing the efficiency and improving performance by ensuring consistency of its performance in all modes.
