FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to confectionary industry. The method includes forming a chocolate shell, fillers preparation, filling the chocolate shell with the prepared fillers and forming the finished products. The fillers are represented by a fatty candy mass similar to praline and a preliminarily prepared chocolate candy, its size not in excess of 15 mm, fully immersed into the mass. The candy is a closed shape with alcohol contents. A chocolate coating is applied on the product surface, the product surface is decorated if necessary. In the process of the chocolate shell preparing one may add components selected from the group: milled nuts, dried fruit, succades, waffle crumb, crispies with energy products containing guarana. Before filling the chocolate shell with fillers one may insert a preliminarily prepared shell into it made of waffle or roasted candied nuts.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at quality improvement and the finished product storage life extension.
