FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to confectionary food industry and may be used during confectionery products manufacture. The sweet represents a body consisting of shell (made of stretchy milk mass containing molasses, a fat component i.e. milk fat substitute, sugar sand, sweetened condensed milk, monoglycerides, sorbitol, edible salt, a flavouring agent) and filling. The filling is made of a sweet mass chosen from the following group: cream praline mass, nut praline mass, cream and nut praline mass, chocolate and milk praline mass, praline mass with puffed grains, chocolate and nut praline mass and beaten mass. The product body contains a glaze coating in an amount of 18-20% of the total weight of the product.
EFFECT: invention allows to expand the range, increase storage life and improve organoleptic properties of the confectionary products.
