FIELD: food-processing industry.
SUBSTANCE: method includes formation of coating, its cooling and filling with a stuffing, as well as a formation of final products. The form of a chocolate coating looks like a geometrical figure. Some ready-made coating made of candied nuts or candied nuts and wafer coatings are put into the prepared chocolate coating and these two coatings repeat the form of a chocolate coating. Filling two or a three-layer product is carried out on 1.0-2.5 mm level below its edge, and on a stuffing surface chocolate or sweet paste is spread before its full closure or each two coatings filled by stuffing for formation of the whole figure are put together a surface of the final products is decorated if necessary. Final formed products can be glazed.
EFFECT: making sweets firm that leads to shelf life extension and preservation of their salable condition.
